Guests must respect the facilities and avoid loud noises or shouting at all times. Please remember that our clients come here to relax and rest. Playing music or using sound equipment is not permitted in common areas at any time, nor inside the rooms during midday rest hours or after midnight. Speaking loudly in groups in the main hall or common areas is strictly forbidden.

Absolute silence must be observed at midnight and during midday rest hours for the well-being of our guests.

Remaining on the premises while intoxicated, provoking altercations with other guests, or engaging in intimidating behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in expulsion.

Smoking is prohibited within our facilities. It is only allowed in designated outdoor areas clearly identified with signage.

Visitors who are not registered guests are not allowed in guest rooms.

For hygiene and respect, it is forbidden to walk around common areas, the dining room, bar, or main hall with a bare torso or barefoot.

Guests are not allowed to carry out any modifications or repairs in the rooms, nor to tamper with service equipment or devices. Please report any issues to reception, and our technical staff will assist you.

Rooms may not be used for gambling activities or meetings intended to disturb public order.

Damage to furniture, décor, or property will be penalized, and the guest will be charged for any damages caused.

Upon leaving your room, please switch off the lights, TV, air conditioning, and other electrical devices, and remove the key from the device located at the entrance. Make sure nothing remains switched on.

If the air conditioning is on, please ensure that doors and windows remain closed.

Upon check-out, please make sure you do not leave behind personal belongings or valuables.

Large inflatables or mattresses are not permitted in the swimming pools. Please consult the lifeguard staff regarding which floatation devices are allowed depending on pool capacity.

The use of marijuana or other drugs is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel and will result in expulsion.

Our reception service is available 24 hours a day. If you have any questions or notice any irregular situation, please inform us immediately.
