• Los clientes con régimen de Todo Incluido pueden reservar las cenas Temáticas exteriores pulsando aquí
  • Los clientes en solo alojamiento tendrán limpieza de habitación cada 3 días en vez de limpieza diaria como en el resto de regímenes. Podrán solicitar en recepción cualquier necesidad que tuvieran hasta dicha limpieza.
  • Los clientes con régimen de media pensión o pensión completa no tendrán bebidas incluidas en los servicios de almuerzo o cena. Durante estos servicios podrán servirse agua o zumos de la máquina dispensadora ubicada en el restaurante. 
  • En recepción se podrán solicitar pequeños electrodomésticos que no se encuentren en la habitación, así como también menaje de cocina, sábanas y toallas extra. 
  • Los clientes ya alojados en el hotel que quieran contratar todo incluido, podrán hacerlo en recepción, siempre bajo disponibilidad (se debe contratar minimo 4 noches), y con la condición de que este cambio de régimen debe hacerse siempre para todas las personas incluidas en una misma reserva (o en varias reservas entre las que exista un vínculo), y hasta el final de la estancia. El régimen de TI, todo incluido, conlleva el uso personal e intransferible para aquellas personas que lo contraten, las cuales deben llevar una pulsera identificativa distinta. EL USO FRAUDULENTO DE ESTE REGIMEN POR PARTE DE LOS CLIENTES PUEDE SER MOTIVO DE EXPULSIÓN DE NUESTRAS INSTALACIONES. NO ESTÁ PERMITIDO QUE LOS CLIENTES CON ESTA PULSERA HAGAN USO DE ELLA PARA DAR COMIDA O BEBIDA A CLIENTES EN UN REGIMEN INFERIOR A TODO INCLUIDO. 
  • Tenemos a disposición de los clientes de Todo incluido una maquina dispensadora de agua las 24h en el bar. El compromiso de Albir Garden con la ecosostenibilidad cada día es mayor y por eso solo se dispensaran botellas de agua de plástico de 22:00 a 00:00
  • Albir Garden Resort en sus instalaciones sigue las normas de prohibir la práctica de topless en sus espacios naturales , tanto piscina como parque acuático, disculpen las molestias.
  • Tenemos cajas fuertes a disposición de nuestros clientes, situadas en la planta -1,  bajo el hall de recepción, junto al gimnasio. Pueden consultar los precios en recepción.
  • Disponemos de lavadoras y secadoras en el piso -1, bajo el hall de recepción, a disposición de nuestros clientes. Funcionan con monedas.

  • Guests in accommodation only will have their room cleaned every 3 days instead of daily cleaning as in the rest of the regimes. They will can request at reception any need they may have until this cleaning.
  •  Guests on half board or full board basis will not have drinks included at lunch or dinner services. They can have water or juice from the dispensing machine located in the restaurant.
  • Small electrical appliances that are not in the room, as well as kitchen utensils, extra sheets and towels can be requested at reception.
  • Guests already staying at the hotel who wish to upgrade to all-inclusive regime may do so at reception, subject to availability (you must hire a minimum of 4 nights), and with the condition that this change of basis must always be made for all the people included in the same booking (or in several bookings between which there is a link), and until the end of their stay. All-inclusive basis involves the personal and non-transferable use for guests who have it, who must wear a different identification wristband. FRAUDULENT USE OF THIS REGIME BY CLIENTS MAY BE GROUNDS FOR EXPULSION FROM OUR FACILITIES. GUESTS WEARING THIS WRISTBAND CAN NOT USE IT TO GIVE FOOD OR DRINKS TO GUESTS ON A DIFFERENT BOARD TO ALL-INCLUSIVE.
  • We have a water dispensing machine available 24 hours a day in the bar for All Inclusive customers. Albir Garden’s commitment to eco-sustainability is greater every day and that is why only plastic water bottles will be dispensed from 22:00 to 00:00 
  • Albir Garden Resort in its facilities follows the rules of prohibiting topless practice in its natural spaces, both swimming pool and water park, sorry for the inconvenience.
  • We have safes available for our guests, located on floor -1, under reception hall, next to the gym. You can check the prices at reception..  
  • We have washing machines and dryers on floor -1, under  reception hall, at the disposal of our guests. They are coin-operated.
