Estimados clientes y colaboradores, estas son las normas de convivencia para huéspedes alojados en nuestras instalaciones:

  • Bienvenidos a Albir Garden Resort y esperemos que tengan una feliz y placentera experiencia vacacional con nosotros. Para ello hemos implementado una serie de normas de educación, higiene y de convivencia social que el cliente debe de respetar.
  • Se deben de respetar las instalaciones, evitar ruidos y voces en alto en todo momento, tengan en cuenta que nuestros clientes vienen aquí a relajarse y descansar. La introducción de música y equipos no puede ser utilizada en zonas comunes en ningún momento ni habitaciones en las horas de mediodía y a partir de medianoche. Comunicarse a voces estando en grupos en el hall principal o estancias comunes está totalmente prohibido.
  • El silencio debe ser absoluto a la medianoche y en las mediodías para el descanso de nuestros clientes.
  • Está prohibido y es motivo de expulsión de nuestras instalaciones el permanecer en ellas ebrio, provocar altercados con otros clientes o mantener actitudes intimidatorias durante la estancia.
  • Fumar está prohibido en nuestras instalaciones, sólo se puede fumar en las zonas exteriores habilitadas para ello e identificadas con cartelería.
  • No se puede recibir visita a la habitación de clientes no alojados, ni registrada su estancia.
  • En zonas comunes, comedor, bar y hall principal está prohibido deambular con el torso desnudo y con los pies descalzos , por respeto a nuestros clientes y por higiene.
  • Está prohibido realizar cualquier tipo de modificación o reparación en la habitación o manipular equipos o instrumentos de servicio. Cualquier incidencia comunique con recepción y será atendido por nuestro servicio técnico.
  • Las habitaciones no se pueden utilizar para juegos en grupos de azar o celebrar reuniones que tengan por objeto alterar el orden público.
  • El deterioro del mobiliario, la decoración o bienes de la propiedad será penalizado con el pago por parte del cliente de las roturas ocasionadas.
  • Al salir de la habitación le rogamos apaguen las luces, tv, aire acondicionado y otros artefactos eléctricos, retirando la llave del dispositivo situado a la entrada de la habitación. Verifique que no se queda nada encendido.
  • Si tiene el aire acondicionado puesto asegúrese de que las puertas y ventanas están cerradas.
  • Al dejar la habitación ( check out) asegúrese de no dejar objetos personales o de valor en la misma.
  • No se podrá entrar en las piscinas con colchonetas o flotadores grandes , consultar con el personal de socorrismo los exclusivamente permitidos y homologados dependiendo del aforo de cada momento.
  • El consumo de marihuana y otras drogas esta totalmente prohibido en todo el hotel y será motivo de expulsion
  • Saben que el servicio de recepción está 24 horas, ante cualquier duda o situación irregular por favor avísenos.

SEASON 2025-2026

Dear clients and collaborators, these are the Rules of coexistence for guests staying in our facilities:

  • Welcome to Albir Garden Resort and we hope you have a happy and pleasant vacation experience with us. For this we have implemented a series of rules of education, hygiene, and social coexistence that the client must respect.
  • The facilities must be respected, noise and loud voices should be avoided at all times, keep in mind that our clients come here to relax and unwind. The introduction of music and equipment cannot be used in common areas at any time or in rooms at noon and after midnight. Communicating loudly in groups in the main hall or common rooms is totally prohibited.
  • Silence must be absolute at midnight and at noon for the rest of our clients.
  • Remaining drunk, causing altercations with other clients or maintaining intimidating attitudes during the stay is prohibited and grounds for expulsion from our facilities.
  • Smoking is prohibited in our facilities, you can only smoke in outdoor areas enabled for it and identified with signs.
  • It is not possible to receive a visit to the room from clients who are not staying, nor can their stay be registered.
  • In common areas, dining room, bar and main hall it is forbidden to walk around with a naked torso and naked feet out of respect for our clients and for hygiene.
  • It is prohibited to carry out any type of modification or repair in the room or manipulate equipment or service instruments. Any incident communicate with reception and will be attended by our technical service.
  • The rooms cannot be used for games in groups of chance or hold meetings that have the purpose of disturbing public order.
  • The deterioration of the furniture, decoration or assets of the property will be penalized with the payment by the client of the breakages caused.
  • When leaving the room, please turn off the lights, TV, air conditioning and other electrical devices, removing the key from the device located at the entrance of the room. Verify that we have nothing left on.
  • If you have the air conditioning on, make sure the doors and windows are closed.
  • When leaving the room (check out) make sure not to leave personal or valuable objects in it.
  • You will not be able to enter the pools with mats or large floats, consult with the lifeguard personnel for those that are exclusively permitted and approved depending on the capacity at any given time.
  • The consumption of marijuana and other drugs is totally prohibited throughout the hotel and will be grounds for expulsion.
  • You know that the reception service is open 24 hours a day. If you have any questions or irregular situations, please let us know.

Al realizar el check in se le informará de las normas de uso y horarios de los servicios ofrecidos, siendo los siguientes:

Recepción (*):
Horario 24 horas a su servicio.

Comedor 1 Abril / 31 Octubre (*):
Se establecen los siguientes horarios:

        • Desayuno de 8:00 a 11:00 hrs.

    • Comida de 13:00 a 15:30 hrs

• Cena de 19:00 a 22:00 hrs.

(**) Consulta  nuestro menú en nuestra web o código QR.

Servicio de Bebidas:

                       • Bar Cafetería: de 09:00 a 00:00 | Chiringuito: de 11:00 a 19:00

Servicio de Snack En AL BAR:
•De Lunes a Domingo: 11:00 a 19:00        Snack frio (TI)  en Bar de 22:30 a 00:00Hrs.

Actividades Animación (*):
Se establecen los siguientes horarios:

                     •Animación: De 11:00 a 14:00 hrs. y de 16:00 a 19:00 hrs

       •Shows nocturnos: De 20:00 a 00:00

•Cenas temáticas nocturas al aire libre: del 11 de abril al 31 de octubre de 2025

   Tex-mex:  lunes, viernes y sabado  de 19:30 a 22:30. Servicio gratuito para cliente en régimen de TI, según días de estancia 

Italiana :  martes y jueves  de 19:30 a 22:30 horas. Servicio gratuito para cliente en régimen de TI, según días de estancia 


   El Asadito: los miércoles y domingo de 19:30 a 22:30 horas. Servicio gratuito para cliente en régimen de TI, según días de estancia

Capacidad permitida 4 personas. Se establecen los siguientes horarios:

•De lunes a Domingo de 10:00 a 20:00
(*) Reserva turno con anterioridad en recepción para control de turnos asignados. 

Gimnasio (*):
Capacidad permitida hasta 10 personas.

De lunes a Domingo de 07:00 a 22:00
(*) Reserva turno con anterioridad en recepción para control de turnos asignados. 

Parque Acuatico abierto del 11 de abril hasta  31 Octubre

    Del 11 de abril al 31 de mayo: en piscina de 10 a 17 horas y de 12 a 14 y de 15  a 17 horas Parque Acuatico 

Del 1 de junio al 30 de junio de 10 a 18 horas y de 11 a 18 horas Parque Acuatico .

Se establecen los siguientes horarios:

Area de trabajo (*):

hay un ordenador en recepcion a disposicion de nuestros clientes para la consulta de correo electronico , gestiones laborales o navegacion ocasional en internet. Esta prohibido el uso a menores de 18 años

Horario :  De 08:00 a 23:59h

(*) Programación, horarios y servicios sujetos a posibilidad de cambios, modificaciones o cancelaciones, en todo o en parte, de acuerdo a lo que dictaminen las autoridades sanitarias y órganos gubernamentales competentes en cuanto a restricciones en los mismos, así como a la ocupación del hotel. Se les informara de las novedades y modificaciones de manera puntual.

Snack Service At AL BAR:
•Monday to Sunday: 11:00 to 19:00 Cold Snack (for All included) at Bar from 22:30 to 00:00Hrs.

Entertainment Activities (*):
The following schedules are established:

                     •Entertainment: From 11:00 to 14:00 hrs. and from 16:00 to 19:00 hrs

•Night Shows: From 20:00 to 00:00

•Outdoor Themed Dinners:from april 1st till october 31st

  Tex-mex: Monday ,friday and saturday from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Free service for all-inclusive customers, depending on the length of your stay.

  Italian dinner:  Twesday and Thursdays,  from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Free service for all-inclusive customers, depending on the length of your stay.

El Asadito: Wednesdays and Sundays from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM.  Free service for all-inclusive customers, depending on the length of your stay.

  From April 11 to May 31: Pool from 10:00 to 17:00, Water Park from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00

    From June 1 to June 30 Pool from 10:00 to 18:00, Water Park from 11:00 to 18:00 .

  From July 1 to August 31 Pool from 10:00 to 00:00, Water Park from 11:00 to 19:00

 From September 1 to September 30 Pool from 10:00 to 18:00, Water Park from 11:00 to 17:00

 From October 1 to October 31 Pool from 10:00 to 17:00, Water Park from 11:00 to 17:00

Heated Pool will be open from November 1 to May 31 – check the schedule at Reception-

The following schedules are established:

WORKSPACE (*):

There is a computer in reception desk  available for our guest to check email, manage work-related tasks, or browse the internet occasionally. Is not allowed the use to persons under 18 of age.

From 08:00 – 23:59h

(*) Programming, schedules, and services are subject to possible changes, modifications, or cancellations, in whole or in part, according to the determinations of health authorities and competent government bodies regarding restrictions, as well as hotel occupancy. You will be informed of updates and modifications promptly.
